My Fave 25

About a year ago, Stephen King wrote and article in EW about his Top 20 Most Played Songs on his iTunes. It made for a pretty interesting article. (at least I found it interesting) His tastes ranged from rock to country to R&B, and who knew the King of Horror was so into ZZ Top? So I now give to you the Top 25 songs played on Cody's iPod (aka: Swarley)

One of the best clapping songs of all time. One of the best bands right now.

They are on here a lot and they are really just that good.

This band sings about a lot of strange things (this one is about spousal abuse) but their songs are flat-out beautiful.

First of two National songs, this guy's voice could vibrate the hairs of a mosquito's leg.

I just have to say that I loved this song waaaaaaaaaay before it got popular.

9. Daydreamin'- Lupe Fiasco feat. Jill Scott (50)

This man knows how to rhyme.

8. Sex On Fire- Kings of Leon (50)

7. Spaceman- The Killers (53)

I was so excited for Day & Age to come out that when I got this song as a pre-order bonus, I listened to it ALL DAY.

4. Breakin' Dishes- Rihanna (59)

This song should have been one of the 18,000 songs to get on the radio from Good Girl Gone Bad. IT'S HOT!

3. Hoppipolla- Sigur Ros (61)


If you have never heard this band before, kick yourself in the head, then go listen and enjoy.

Was there ever any doubt? Like the Highlander, there can only be one and this song is it.
